Urban Safari have two forms of payment:
2. Credit card.
Once the payment is processed, the system will automatically reserve your seat and the invoice will be generated in the client’s backend. Both the client and the administrator can see the transaction as ‘Online payment’ from the backend and the identification of the transaction will appear there.
To use this feature, the site administrator must allow the offline payment method, for example. wire transfer. Bank information can be added in the email template in the theme option so that the customer receives the bank information along with an email notification after booking. If the administrator does not allow this method, you can disable the ‘Reserve and pay’ button of the theme option.
When the customer clicks the “Reserve and pay later” button, the transaction will be displayed both in the administrator and in the client as “pending” status. After this status, the customer can choose to pay online or pay off line.
After clicking on the button ‘Reserve and pay later’, the customer can see the transaction in the backend. There are two buttons, Send payment receipt and Make a payment online.
To make an online payment, the customer can make a payment online through Paypal and credit card.
This button allows customers to send the payment receipt after the bank transfer is made.
Now Urban Safari can verify the receipt.
Urban Safari will have the option to approve or reject sending the receipt. After approving or rejecting, the system will send an email notification to the client.
