Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User will have the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in in case you consider that the treatment of your personal data is not adequate to the regulations, as well as in the case of not seeing the exercise of your rights satisfied. The supervisory authority to which the claim has been submitted will inform the claimant about the course and result of the claim.
